摘要
为解决宜宾市大蒜生产中品种产量不高、品质不佳等问题,筛选出适宜在宜宾市大面积推广种植的优质大蒜品种,助推宜宾市蔬菜产业发展,引进了‘鲁蒜1号’‘嘉祥紫皮蒜’‘金乡大蒜’‘鲁蒜2号’‘云南紫皮蒜’等12个全国优质青蒜品种,分析和评价了不同品种的农艺性状、产量和营养指标等。结果表明:不同品种大蒜的7个数量性状的变异系数在3.27%~13.95%之间;同一播期,‘鲁蒜1号’的生长量较大,而本地‘红脚蒜’较小;‘鲁蒜1号’的营养品质显著优于其他品种,营养价值较高;‘鲁蒜1号’的产量高于其他品种,且差异显著。由此可见,‘鲁蒜1号’符合优质大蒜品种的要求,可以替代本地大蒜品种‘红脚蒜’,可作为引进品种在宜宾市进行大面积推广种植。
In order to solve the problems of low yield and poor quality of garlic varieties in Yibin city,selected high-quality garlic varieties suitable for large-scale promotion and cultivation in Yibin city,and promoted the development of Yibin city's vegetable industry,this study introduced 12 national high-quality green garlic varieties,including‘Lu Garlic No.1’,‘Jiaxiang Purple Skin Garlic’,‘Jinxiang Garlic’,‘Lu Garlic No.2’,and‘Yunnan Purple Skin Garlic’,and analyzed and evaluated the agronomic traits of different varieties yield and nutritional indicators,etc.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of 7 quantitative traits in different varieties of garlic ranged from 3.27%to 13.95%;At the same sowing date,the growth of‘Lu Garlic No.1’was larger,while the local‘Red Foot Garlic’was smaller;The nutritional quality of‘Lu Garlic No.1’was significantly better than other varieties,and its nutritional value was relatively higher;The yield of‘Lu Garlic No.1’was higher than other varieties,and the difference reached a significant level.From this,it can be seen that‘Lu Garlic No.1’meets the requirements of high-quality garlic varieties and can replace the local‘Red Foot Garlic’variety.As an introduced variety,it is suitable for large-scale promotion and planting in Yibin City.
