新疆农村三产融合发展对农民收入的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Integrated Development of Three Rural Industries on Farmers' Income in Xinjiang

为探究新疆农村三产融合水平对农民收入提升的促进效果,并基于此实现乡村的产业兴旺,提升农村居民生活质量,推动农村农业现代化进步。通过相关研究成果,构建出新疆农村三产融合水平的评价指标体系,并利用2010—2020年新疆14个地级市面板数据,综合测算出新疆农村三产融合水平指数。利用固定效应模型检验新疆农村三产融合对农民收入的影响程度,得出农村三产融合对农民收入的提升具有明显推动作用的重要结论。基于此,应创建利益共享体系,并重点支持农业与餐饮业、旅游业等第三产业的融合发展,同步协调农业与第二产业的融合,打造农村新兴产业。多措并举,统筹规划,推动农村三产融合发展,实现农民利益的最大化,提升农民收入。

In order to investigate the promotion effect of the level of integration of three rural industries in Xinjiang on the improvement of farmers'income,and base on this,to realize the prosperity of rural industries,improve the quality of life of rural residents,and promote the progress of rural agricultural modernization.Through relevant research results,constructed an evaluation index system for the level of integration of three rural industries in Xinjiang,and used panel data of 14 prefecture-level cities in Xinjiang from 2010 to 2020 to comprehensively measure the index of the level of integration of three rural industries in Xinjiang.The fixed-effects model was used to test the degree of impact of rural three-products integration on farmers'income in Xinjiang,and the important conclusion that rural three-products integration had a relatively obvious driving effect on the improvement of farmers'income was drawn.Base on this,a benefit-sharing system should be created and focus on supporting the integration of agriculture with tertiary industries such as catering and tourism,synchronizing and coordinating the integration of agriculture with secondary industries,and creating new rural agricultural industries.Multi-measures and integrate planning should be taken to promote the integration of the three rural industries to maximize farmers'benefits and enhance their income.
