The Exploration on Talents Training of Water Conservancy Major in Higher Vocational Colleges Under 1+X Certificate System

1+X证书制度是提高人才培养质量的重要举措。因此,基于1+X证书制度分析传统课程体系在与1+X证书制度相融合过程中存在的问题,提出构建高职水利专业人才培养模式的有效途径,旨在为1+X证书制度下的“课证融通”提供理论和实践参考。

1+X certificate system is an important measure to improve the quality of talents training.Therefore,based on the 1+X certificate system,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the integration of the traditional curriculum system and the 1+X certificate system,and puts forward an effective way to construct the talents training mode of water conservancy major in higher vocational colleges,aiming at providing theoretical and practical reference for the"integration of courses and certificates"under the 1+X certificate system.
