摘要
课堂是教师教学的主阵地,如何坚持课堂的内涵发展、深化人才培养模式是现阶段高职院校亟待解决的重要议题。因此,以高职船舶工程技术专业为研究对象,从引入典型职业岗位能力、分解实践任务项目、将课堂归还给学生、创建多种考核评价方式等方面进行“课堂革命”背景下的教学改革,提升课堂教学质量,实现课堂教学从“教师本位”向“学生本位”的转换。
The classroom is the main position of teachers'teaching.How to adhere to the connotation development of the classroom and deepen the talents training mode is an important issue to be solved urgently in higher vocational colleges at this stage.Therefore,taking the major of ship engineering technology in higher vocational colleges as the research object,the teaching reform under the background of"classroom revolution"is carried out from the aspects of introducing typical professional post ability,decomposing the practical task items,returning classrooms to students,and creating various assessment and evaluation methods,so as to improve the quality of classroom teaching and realize the transformation of classroom teaching from"teacher-based"to"student-based".
