参考德国双元制的高职农村电商人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Higher Vocational Rural E-commerce Talents with Reference to German Dual-system

农村电商是近年来振兴乡村的一种新兴产业。实现“数商兴农”的转型目标,走好可持续发展的道路,人才培养是关键之举,而职业院校是新时代农村电商人才培养主阵地之一。结合德国双元制职业教育模式,分析职业院校农村电商人才目前的培养状况,解构现存问题并剖析原因,提出职业院校在乡村振兴时代背景下农村电商人才培养模式的改革建议。

Rural e-commerce is an emerging industry that has been promoting rural revitalization in recent years.Realizing the transformation goal of"rejuvenating rural areas through digital commerce"and taking the path of sustainable development,talents training is the key,and vocational colleges are one of the main positions for training rural e-commerce talents in the new era.Combined with vocational education mode of German dual system,this paper analyzes the current training situation of rural e-commerce talents in vocational colleges,reconstructs the existing issues and analyzes the root causes,and proposes reform recommendations on talents training modes of rural e-commerce in vocational colleges under the background of rural revitalization.
