储能参与削峰填谷控制策略及优化调度研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对用电负荷峰谷差较大的现状,关于储能参与削峰填谷领域的研究逐渐增多,但是缺少不同控制策略的比较与算例分析,使得削峰填谷控制策略的选择缺乏理论依据。本文基于削峰填谷两种目的,分析了3种储能参与削峰填谷的控制策略,2种削峰填谷优化调度方法,概述了这5种方法适用的应用场景,结合具体案例计算比较不同控制策略和优化调度方法对削峰填谷目标的影响,最后,针对负荷预测误差特点及其他工程应用要求,列出削峰填谷控制策略选择的参考依据。 In response to the current situation of large peak-valley difference of load,researches on energy storage participating in peak load shifting are gradually increased.However,the lack of comparison and case analysis of different control strategies makes the selection of peak load shifting control strategies lack of theoretical basis.Based on the two purposes of peak load shifting,three control strategies for peak load shifting with energy storage participated and two optimal scheduling methods for peak load shifting are analyzed in this paper.The application scenarios of these five methods are summarized,the impacts of different control strategies and optimal scheduling methods on the objectives of peak load shifting are calculated and compared with a specific case.Finally,,the reference basis for the selection of peak load shifting control strategies is listed according to the characteristics of load forecasting errors and other engineering application requirements.
