区域备自投技术在35kV链式供电网的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决链式接线中长距离多站串供接线供电可靠性低的问题,打破站内就地备自投装置的局限性,本文提出基于地区电网调度自动化系统建设区域备自投控制系统的方案,利用调度自动化系统采集的各相关变电站遥信、遥测量作为备自投的充电条件、动作条件、闭锁条件等,当满足动作条件时,由调度自动化系统发出指令,以遥控操作的方式投切相关设备,从而实现区域备用电源的自动投入功能。通过在某地区电网35 kV链式供电串中的现场测试结果表明,该方案能弥补变电站就地备自投应用的局限,实现35 kV多站链式串供变电站失电后的自动恢复供电功能,有效提高了35 kV多站链式接线的供电可靠性。 In order to solve the low reliability problem of power supply for the long-distance multi-station serial connection in chain connection and break the limitations of local busbar automatic transfer switch device in substation,a scheme for building a regional busbar automatic transfer switch control system based on the regional power grid dispatching automation system is proposed in this paper.Remote signals and measurements in relevant substations collected by dispatching automation system are used as the charging conditions,action conditions,and locking conditions of busbar automatic transfer switch.When the action conditions are met,the dispatching automation system sends instructions to switch on and off the relevant equipment by remote control,which realize the automatic switching function of the regional standby power supply.The field test results in a 35 kV chain power supply chain in a regional power grid show that the scheme can make up for the limitations of the local backup and automatic transfer switch in substation.The scheme achieves the automatic power recovery function after the power loss of 35 kV multi-station chain power supply substation,and improve the power supply reliability of 35 kV multi-station chain connection effectively.
