乡村振兴背景下黔西南州农村小学英语教师教育现状研究

On the English Teachers’Education and Development in Qianxi’nan Prefecture Rural Primary Schools under the Background of Rural Revitalization

摘要 教育在乡村振兴中发挥着基础性、先导性的作用。以振兴乡村教育赋能乡村振兴是教育的职责和使命。在社会文化理论框架下探究乡村教师的教育和专业发展情况中发现,黔西南州乡村小学英语教师的专业、学历、年龄、职称等在结构上趋于合理,有利于推动乡村教师队伍的建设;其教育教学理论基础相对扎实,对语言教学、教师学习、教师用语、教师角色的认知有助于提升专业化水平;相关培训能更新教师的教育认知,增强专业发展的主观需求,一定程度上解决了制约乡村教师发展的问题。学校和社会应在政策和体制层面积极作为,在物质上和精神上减压、减负,为其专业发展创造机会,促进城市优质教育资源向乡村辐射,推动区域教育资源配置逐步走向优质均衡。 Education plays a fundamental and leading role in rural revitalization.Improving the service of rural education to rural revitalization is the responsibility and a mission of education.Under the framework of sociocultural theory,the exploration of the teachers’education and professional development in the area shows that their professional,educational background,age and professional title of English teachers in rural primary schools in Qianxi’nan Prefecture tend to be reasonable in structure,which is conducive to promoting the construction of rural teachers;their theoretical foundation of education and teaching is relatively solid.Strengthening language teaching,teachers’training,teaching method,and the roles of teachers can help improve their professional level.Relevant training can update their teachers’educational cognition,enhance their subjective needs for professional development,and solve the problems restricting their development subjectively.Schools and society should make great efforts at the policy and institutional level,reduce the material and spiritual pressure,and create opportunities for their professional development.In addition,high-quality urban education resources should be radiated to the countryside,and the regional education resources will gradually become more balanced.
