Bibliometric Analysis of Violent Aggression Behavior Among Psychiatric Patients During 2011-2021

目的:分析2011-2021年国内外精神卫生领域精神疾病患者暴力攻击行为研究的现状、热点与前沿,为进一步推动精神卫生事业发展提供参考。方法:收集中国知网数据库和Web of Science数据库核心集中2011年1月1日-2021年12月31日发表的精神卫生领域暴力攻击行为相关文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入国内文献406篇,国外文献392篇。2011年以来国内外发文量均在波动中呈现上升趋势,作者和机构之间的合作程度处于较低水平。暴力发生率、影响因素、风险评估和干预为国内外研究的重点。国外文献针对家庭暴力、亲密伴侣暴力较为关注。结论:国内外暴力攻击行为研究发展迅速,国内外研究热点相似,侧重点方面存在差异。国内关注住院精神疾病患者,热点聚焦于危险因素及预防和干预。国外对亲密伴侣暴力、家庭暴力及创伤后应激障碍关注度较高,热点集中于暴力攻击行为发生率和危险因素。今后在进一步对该领域进行深度研究的同时可尝试推动学科和机构间的合作研究,在暴力攻击行为的群体、场所以及发展相关测评工具等方面深入探索,拓宽研究的广度和深度,以促进我国精神卫生事业进一步发展。

Objective:To analyze the status,hot spots and frontiers of domestic and foreign research on violence among psychiatric patients in mental health fields during 2011-2021,so as to provide reference for further promoting the development of mental health service.Methods:Documents related to violence in mental health fields published in CNKI database and Web of Science core collections from January 1st,2011 to December 31st,2021 were collected,using CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software for visual analysis.Results:A total of 406 domestic literature and 392 foreign literature were included.Since 2011,the number of domestic and foreign articles had fluctuated,where a rise trend was observed in general.There was a low degree of cooperation between authors and institutions.The prevalence of violence,influencing factor,risk assessment and intervention were the focus for domestic and foreign study.Comparatively,foreign literature on domestic violence and intimate partner violence were more comprehensive.Conclusion:The research on violence is developing rapidly at home and abroad,with similar hotspots and differences in emphases.In China,the attention is paid to inpatients with mental disorder,and the research hotpots include risk factors,prevention and intervention.In foreign countries,intimate partner violence,domestic violence and post-traumatic stress disorder are more concerned and hotspots concentrate on the incidence and risk factors of violent assault.In the future,the department will try to promote the cooperation between disciplines and institutions while furthering the research depth in this field.In-depth exploration of groups,places,and development of related assessment tools for violent attacks are deserved in order to broaden the breadth and depth of research,thus promoting the further development of mental health service in China.
