摘要
目的探讨在正常听力青年人中可接受噪声级(ANL)的个体差异是否与睡眠质量和抑制控制有关。方法选择听力正常(听阈≤15dB HL)的青年人39名,使用PSQI量表评估睡眠质量并以5分为界分为两组,分组后对受试者进行ANL测试,比较两组ANL与睡眠质量的差异并对ANL与睡眠质量进行相关性分析;根据ANL分为两组(一组ANL<7dB、一组ANL≥7dB),两组给予Stroop测试,比较两组ANL与Stroop反应时的差异并对两者进行相关性分析,分析ANL与抑制控制的关系。结果ANL与睡眠质量呈正相关(P<0.01),ANL与Stroop各项测试反应时间不呈相关性(P>0.05)。结论听力正常个体的噪声耐受性差异与睡眠质量相关,ANL低者睡眠质量好。ANL与抑制控制无显著相关性,可能可接受噪声级的个体差异与抑制控制关系不紧密。
Objective To investigate whether acceptable noise levels(ANL)are related to sleep quality and inhibition control among young people with normal hearing.Method Sleep quality was graded using the PSQI scale in 39 young subjects with normal hearing(hearing thresholds≤15dB HL).Subjects were divided into a group scoring above 5 on PSQI and a group of the rest.The ANL was determined in all subjects and compared between the two groups to determine its correlation with sleep quality.Subjects were then divided into a group with ANL<7 dB and a group with ANL≥7 dB and received the Stroop test.The Stroop effect results were compared between the two groups for correlation between ANL and inhibition control.Results ANL was positively correlated with sleep quality,but not with any Stroop test reaction times.Conclusion Noise tolerance in individuals with normal hearing is related to the quality of sleep.People with low ANL tend to have better sleep quality.ANL does not appear to correlate with inhibition control.It is possible that acceptable noise levels are not closely related to inhibition control.
