摘要
近年来,人们越来越意识到研究脑干对声音的言语刺激声的编码情况,仅仅依靠单纯短声是远远不够的,而需要通过包含更多频率信息、更接近人类日常生活的声音刺激听性脑干反应的发生,言语诱导听性脑干反应保留了刺激声时域信息与频域信息等信息,与刺激声的声学信息具有高度对应关系,并具有高度的稳定性和重复性,是客观评估脑干听觉中枢的言语编码功能的良好工具,在诊断隐性听力损失、评估人工耳蜗植入效果、诊断孤独症系障碍及评估预后等方面有广泛的应用前景。
In recent years,it is becoming increasingly clear that simple transient sounds are far from adequate in studying the coding of speech stimulation by the brain stem.Instead,auditory brainstem responses require stimulation by sounds containing rich frequency information similar to those encountered in daily life.Speech-induced auditory brainstem responses(s-ABRs)retain time domain and frequency domain information of the stimulus,highly relevant to the acoustic information of the stimulus and with a high level of stability and repeatability.s-ABRs are a good tool for objectively evaluating speech coding at brainstem auditory centers.They have a wide application prospect in diagnosing hidden hearing loss and autism spectrum disorders,evaluating outcomes of cochlear implantation,and predicting hearing disease prognosis.
