基于PLC技术的智能变电站继电保护二次回路检修方法 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高智能变电站继电保护二次回路的故障检修结果准确性,研究了基于PLC技术的智能变电站继电保护二次回路检修方法。结合当前智能变电站的结构特征,通过线上检索和线下传感两种方式,采集二次回路信息。利用PLC技术,实时检测保护装置运行时的温度变化和环境光影变化态势,建立故障识别和检测机制。从SV链路诊断、电流回路诊断、保护动作诊断三个层次对二次回路进行智能故障诊断。采用实时频谱检测方法,建立实时频谱检测定位优化模型,实现继电保护二次回路故障定位。实验结果表明,文中方法故障检出率为100%,故障节点定位准确性高于99%,在实际应用中具有较高的精准度和工作效率。 In order to improve the accuracy of fault maintenance results of relay protection secondary circuit in intelligent substation,the maintenance method of relay protection secondary circuit in intelligent substation based on PLC technology is studied.Combined with the structural characteristics of the current intelligent substation,the secondary circuit information is collected through online retrieval and offline sensing.Using PLC technology,the temperature change and environmental light and shadow change trend of the protection device during operation are detected in real time,and the fault identification and detection mechanism is established.Intelligent fault diagnosis of secondary circuit is carried out from three levels:SV link diagnosis,current circuit diagnosis and protection action diagnosis.Using the real-time spectrum detection method,the optimization model of real-time spectrum detection and location is established to realize the fault location of relay protection secondary circuit.The experimental results show that the fault detection rate of this method is 100%,and the accuracy of fault node location is higher than 99%.It has high accuracy and work efficiency in practical application.
