区域性中心城市建设背景下新型智慧城市建设研究--以十堰市建设为例

Research on the Making of New Smart City under the Background of Regional Central City Construction:A Case of Shiyan City Construction

新型智慧城市建设是城镇化、工业化、信息化、人性化之间的深度融合,为有效助力十堰鄂西省域区域性中心城市建设,推动产业转型、赋能社会治理,建设“优政、善治、惠民、兴业”的新型智慧城市,本文通过走访调研,分别从智慧城市的概念、十堰新型智慧城市建设的现状、建设过程中存在的问题及对策等方面展开分析与研究,有针对性地提出建设建议及实施路径,为十堰加快新型智慧城市的建设提供了思路,也为其他智慧城市建设提供了参考。

The making of new smart city is the profound integration of urbanization,industrialization,information technology and humanization.In order to effectively promote the construction of regional central city in Shiyan in western Hubei Province,facilitate industrial transformation,empower social governance,and build a new smart city with“preferable policies,excellent governance,benefiting the people and prospering industries”,this paper conducts interviews and surveys to analyze and research the concept of smart city construction,the current situation of the construction of new smart city in Shiyan,the problems and countermeasures in the construction process,and puts forward the targeted suggestions and implementation paths,which provides ideas for accelerating the construction of new smart city in Shiyan,and also provides reference for other cities.
