绿色低碳发展背景下的十堰市多式联运物流发展对策研究

Research on the Development Countermeasures of Shiyan Multimodal Transport Logistics Under the Background of Green and Low Carbon Development

多式联运发展是调整运输结构、降低物流成本、促进节能减排的重要措施,对建立健全绿色低碳循环发展经济体系有重要意义。十堰市多式联运发展过程中存在多式联运基础设施不完善、综合交通衔接融合发展不足、多式联运物流主体少、业务覆盖范围有限等问题。要促进十堰市绿色低碳经济发展,应着力做好多式联运基础设施规划建设,完善多式联运港站间交通衔接体系,培育壮大多式联运主体,推进多式联运公共信息平台建设。

The development of multimodal transport is an important measure to adjust the transport structure,reduce logistics costs,and promote energy conservation.It is of great significance to establish and improve the green lowcarbon circular development economic system.This paper makes analysis of the change trend of the total volume of freight transport and the current situation of multimodal transport in Shiyan City.This paper analyzed the main problems encountered in the development of multimodal transport in Shiyan City,and puts forward development strategies,including planning and construction of multimodal transport infrastructure,improvement of the transport linkage system between multimodal transport ports,cultivation of the main body of multimodal transport,and promotion of the construction of public information platform for multimodal transport.so as to provide reference for promoting the construction of intermodal transport system in this city.
