面向工业数字孪生的板形镰刀弯实时检测系统 被引量:1

摘要 为适应“工业互联网+钢铁”融合创新应用发展需求,为改进热轧带钢板形镰刀弯人工检测效率低、精确度低、无信息存储等不足,开发了基于智能摄像机的热轧带钢镰刀弯实时检测系统。系统在钢铁公司热轧板带厂的应用效果表明,利用智能摄像机采集带钢板形镰刀弯影像数据,经过透视变换、融合卡尔曼滤波、最小二乘曲线拟合算法等关键技术的图像处理后,能实时、完整、精确记录坯板的形状及镰刀弯弯曲程度特征,通过工业互联网平台反馈至数字孪生服务系统及人机界面,为下一步数据处理及生产决策管理提供实时数据支撑。 In order to meet the demand of innovative application development of"industrial Internet plus+steel"integration,and to improve the shortcomings of low efficiency,low accuracy and no information storage in manual detection of hot rolled steel plate sickle bends,a real-time detection system of hot strip sickle bend based on intelligent camera was developed.The application effect of the system in the hot strip mill of the iron and steel company shows that the image data of the sickle bending of the strip shape is collected by the intelligent camera,and after the image processing of key technologies such as perspective transformation,fusion Kalman filtering,least square curve fitting algorithm,the shape of the slab and the characteristics of the sickle bending degree can be recorded in real time,completely and accurately,and fed back to the digital twin service system and the human-computer interface through the industrial Internet platform,It provides real-time data support for data processing and production decision management in the next step.
