考虑进相调节代价的光伏发电站机组容量合理配置方法

Reasonable allocation method of unit capacity of photovoltaic power station considering the cost of leading phase regulation

摘要 为解决光伏发电站间歇性缺点导致光伏发电站机组容量配置难度加大问题,研究考虑进相调节代价的光伏发电站机组容量合理配置方法,有效抑制光伏发电功率波动,保障光伏发电站安全运行。通过发电收益和土地成本的差值、晴天出力互补系数,确定光伏发电站机组组件和运行方式组合优选方案后,在容量平衡约束条件下,将进相调节代价最小、平准化度电成本最小、出力波动最小作为目标函数,构建考虑进相调节代价的光伏发电站机组容量合理配置模型,采用遗传粒子群算法优化光伏发电站机组容量合理配置,获取光伏发电站机组容量合理配置结果。实验结果表明:该方法可获取最优光伏发电站机组容量合理配置方案,在光伏发电站的全生命周期内年均发电量最大,且平均准化度电成本低至0.412元;显著提高光伏发电站出力稳定性,保障光伏发电站安全运行。 In order to solve the problem that the intermittent shortcomings of photovoltaic power stations lead to the increased difficulty of unit capacity configuration of photovoltaic power stations,the reasonable configuration method of unit capacity of photovoltaic power stations considering the cost of leading phase adjustment is studied to effectively suppress the fluctuation of photovoltaic power generation and ensure the safe operation of photovoltaic power stations.After determining the optimal scheme for the combination of PV power generation unit components and operation modes through the difference between power generation income and land cost,as well as the output complementarity coefficient in sunny days,and under the constraint of capacity balance,taking the minimum leading phase regulation cost,the minimum levelized kilowatt-hour power cost,and the minimum output fluctuation as the objective functions,a reasonable configuration model of PV power generation unit capacity considering the leading phase regulation cost is constructed,The genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the reasonable configuration of the unit capacity of the photovoltaic power station and obtain the reasonable configuration results of the unit capacity of the photovoltaic power station.The experimental results show that this method can obtain the optimal configuration scheme of the unit capacity of the photovoltaic power station.The average annual power generation is the largest in the whole life cycle of the photovoltaic power station,and the average quasi-power cost is as low as 0.412 yuan;Significantly improve the output stability of photovoltaic power stations and ensure the safe operation of photovoltaic power stations.
