基于模拟导线的输电线路覆冰质量在线测量技术研究

摘要 架空导线覆冰质量监测对维护输电线路安全稳定运行具有重要意义。由于导线的舞动,基于力学模型的传统覆冰质量测量方法往往存在较大的误差。为了降低导线覆冰质量的测量误差,基于模拟导线,构建了覆冰质量测量系统,通过测量模拟导线的覆冰质量间接监测实际导线的覆冰状况。由于测量系统的姿态晃动,测量系统在架空线路上易做不规则圆周运动,导致覆冰质量测量有较大误差;因此,基于应变式称重传感器测量质量的原理,建立圆周运动下覆冰质量测量模型,并针对采集数据的特点引入截尾均值算法以减小误差。设计覆冰质量测量实验验证系统的精度,实验结果表明:模拟导线的质量误差由0.9 g降到0.1 g,证明了该系统的有效性。 The measurement of the icing quality of overhead conductors is of great significance for maintaining the safe and stable operation of transmission lines.Traditional measurement methods based on mechanics models tend to produce large errors due to the rotation of the transmission lines.In order to reduce the measurement error of the icing quality of transmission lines and accurately monitor the icing status of transmission lines,this paper introduces the concept of simulated transmission lines and builds an icing quality measurement system based on it.By measuring the icing quality of simulated transmission lines,the icing status of actual transmission lines is indirectly monitored.Due to the posture shaking,the ice coating quality measurement system is prone to irregular circular motion on the overhead conductors,resulting in a large error in the measurement of the ice coating mass.Therefore,based on the principle of measuring the mass of the strain-type load cell,a measurement model of ice-covered mass under circular motion is established.And according to the characteristics of the collected data,the censored mean algorithm is introduced to reduce the error.The accuracy of the system is verified by the design of ice coating quality measurement experiments.The experimental results show that the mass error of the simulated transmission lines is reduced from 0.9g to 0.1g,which verifies the effectiveness of the system.
