患者治疗上依从性的好坏直接影响乳腺癌治疗疗效及预后,对于雌激素受体阳性乳腺癌,内分泌治疗“依从性”在乳腺癌术后总生存中起着非常重要的作用,在治疗过程中内分泌治疗依从性的评估就显得尤为重要,正常的评估患者用药依从性,才能进一步发现依从性差的原因并进一步分析以提高依从性,不同的依从性评估有不同的优缺点,在此我们对乳腺癌内分泌治疗“依从性”评估进行综述。

Adherence can be a major determinant of the therapeutic efficacy of a medication regimen in breast cancer.Adherence to endocrine therapy for hormone receptor⁃positive breast cancer directly contributed to the success or failure of breast cancer therapy and the prognosis of breast cancer.The accurate evaluation of adherence to endocrine therapy was the key factor to improve outcomes of women with hormone receptor⁃positive breast cancer.It helped to promote adherence by collecting essential feedback from patients.This review aims to elaborate on the efficacy evaluations of adherence to endocrine therapy in hormone receptor⁃positive breast cancer.
