摘要
心脏转移瘤较罕见,多源于一些晚期恶性肿瘤的远处转移。临床诊治过程中,在未知肿瘤病史的情况下,心脏转移瘤大多易误诊、漏诊。本文探讨了一例临床首诊误诊为急性心肌梗死的肺鳞状细胞癌心脏转移,并对其临床特点、诊治过程及异常心电图改变做了分析和总结。
Cardiac metastases were rare and mostly originated from distant metastases of some advanced malignant tumors.In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,most cardiac metastases were easy to be misdiagnosed and missed when the tumor history was unknown.In this report,a case of cardiac metastasis from lung squamous cell carcinoma misdiagnosed as acute myocardial infarction was discussed,and its clinical features,diagnosis,treatment process,and abnormal electrocardiograph changes were analyzed and summarized.
