伴热监控技术在气田开发中的应用

摘要 为减少天然气湿气计量交接点孔板计量装置引压管冬季冻堵情况发生,避免计量故障,伴热是苏里格气田采取的主要技术措施,伴热工作状态直接影响天然气计量的准确性。为此研发试验的伴热远程监控技术,实现了对伴热的远程监控、实时报警、故障点智能判断及故障自动关断等功能。通过现场运用及测试认为:(1)报警信息准确可靠,异常故障报警时效性强;(2)维护工作量小,由每周1轮次优化为每季度1轮次,维护工作量仅为原来的8%;(3)实现“技防”技术,减少“人防”的资源浪费;(4)经济效益明显,维护成本降低76%;(5)节能约65%。 Heat tracing is the main technical measure adopted in Sulige gasfield in order to reduce the freezing and plugging of pressure tube of orifice plate metering device at natural gas moisture metering junction in winter and avoid metering faults.The working state of heat tracing directly affects the accuracy of natural gas metering.For this purpose,the remote monitoring technology developed and tested has realized the functions of remote monitoring of tracing heat,real-time alarm,intelligent fault point judgment and automatic fault shutdown.Through the field application and testing,it is found that,(1)the alarm information is accurate and reliable,and the abnormal fault alarm is timeliness.(2)The maintenance workload is small,which is optimized from one round per week to one round per quarter,and the maintenance workload is only 8%of the original.(3)Realize"technical defense"technology to reduce the waste of resources in"civil air defense".(4)The economic benefits are obvious,and the maintenance cost is reduced by 76%.(5)Energy saving about 65%.
