Research on Social Mobility of Retired Elite Female Gymnasts in Jiangsu Province(2011-2021)

目的:分析2011-2021年间江苏省优秀女子体操退役运动员社会流动情况,通过研究其个体社会流动情况,揭示江苏省优秀女子体操退役运动员群体社会阶层转换情况和其社会流动特点;研究方法有文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法;结论:(1)江苏省优秀女子体操退役运动员主要以来自城市家庭,本科文化的国家级健将;(2)社会流动途径以入高校学习深造再自主择业为主,组织安置途径近七年内无人达到其运动成绩要求;(3)被调查者当前职业地位集中于中间层次的阶级结构;(4)代内流动主要呈水平流动,而在垂直流动中大多数人经历了向下社会流动,但未来存在向上流动空间;(5)被调查者主要集中来自商业服务业员工等中下层社会阶层家庭,有近七成与其父辈相比其职业地位发生变化,其中绝大部分产生了向上代际流动;(6)家庭社会阶层对个体职业地位有间接影响,个体职业地位与家庭社会阶层背景会产生小幅度的流动变化。

Objective:to analyze the social mobility of retired elite female gymnasts in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2020,and reveal the social class transformation and social mobility characteristics of retired elite female gymnasts in Jiangsu Province by studying their individual social mobility.The research methods include literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics.Conclusion:(1)The outstanding retired female gymnasts in Jiangsu Province mainly come from urban families and national level masters with undergraduate culture;(2)The main way of social mobility is to study in colleges and universities and then choose jobs independently.In the past seven years,no one has met their sports performance requirements in the way of organization and placement;(3)The respondents'current professional status is concentrated in the middle class structure;(4)Intergenerational mobility is mainly horizontal,while in vertical mobility,most people have experienced downward social mobility,but there is room for upward mobility in the future;(5)The respondents mainly come from middle and lower class families,such as business service employees.Nearly 70%of them have changed their professional status compared with their parents'generation,and most of them have moved upward;(6)Family social stratum has indirect influence on individual professional status,and individual professional status and family social stratum background will have a small range of mobility changes.
