基于不同投料模式的打叶复烤投料环节均质化控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究投料环节不同投料模式对配方模块均质化的影响,开展人工铺叶投料、自动化精准投料、“双循环”投料3种投料模式试验,并验证对配方模块的感官品质和烟碱CV值的应用效果,结果表明,人工铺叶投料、自动化精准配方投料2种投料模式下模块配方感官品质具有显著性差异,自动化烟碱CV值较人工铺叶投料下降21.11%,配方模块均质化效果优于人工铺叶投料;“双循环”投料模式烟碱CV值相较于人工铺叶投料下降40.01%,相较于自动化精准投料下降了23.96%,“双循环”投料模式下配方模块感官评吸质量更加均质,均质化效果更加稳定,提升了加工成品品质,为卷烟品牌创新发展提供有力的原料保障。 The influence of different feeding modes in the feeding process on the homogenization of the formula module was studied,and the three feeding modes of manual leaf laying feeding,automatic accurate feeding,and“double-cycle”feeding were carried out,and the sensory quality of the formula module and the CV value of nicotine were verified.Application effect,the test showed that the sensory quality of the module formula was significantly different under the two feeding modes of artificial leaf laying feeding and automatic precise formula feeding.The CV value of automatic nicotine was 21.11%lower than that of manual leaf laying feeding,and the homogenization effect of formula module was better Manual leaf laying and feeding;the“dual circulation”feeding mode nicotine CV value decreased by 40.01%compared with manual leaf laying feeding,and 23.96%compared with automatic accurate feeding.It was more homogenized and the homogenization effect was more stable,which improved the quality of processed products and provided a strong raw material guarantee for the innovation and development of cigarette brands.
