摘要
黄精是一类百合科中草药材的统称,有补中益气、滋阴养血之功效。作为“药食同源”的植物性资源,其易存活、高产、价廉的特点使得科研人员对黄精在食品、医药、化妆品的应用方向上进行着大量的研究,近年来已成热点。因此,以黄精中两大主要生物活性成分——黄精多糖、多酚的提取及多糖益生元作用进行综合阐述,并对其未来的发展方向进行展望,以期为黄精的基础研究与应用提供新的切入点和思路。
Polygonatum sibiricum is a kind of liliaceae Chinese herbal medicine,has the effect of nourishing Qi,nourishing Yin and nourishing blood.As a plant resource of“homology of medicine and food”,its characteristics of easy survival,high yield and low price make researchers from all sides carry out a lot of research on the application of yellow essence in food,medicine and cosmetics,and it has become a hot topic in recent years.Therefore,in this paper,the extraction of polysaccharides,polyphenols and prebiotics of polysaccharides,two main bioactive components of Polygonatum sibiricum,were comprehensively described,and the future development direction of them was predicted,in order to provide a new entry point and ideas for the basic research and application of Polygonatum sibiricum.
