赤铁矿用于防辐射超高性能混凝土的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 防辐射超高性能混凝土是一种极其重要的防护材料,目前该种混凝土普遍存在强度不足和屏蔽辐射能力弱等问题。针对此类问题,在常规混凝土制备的基础上使用赤铁矿对天然河砂进行替换,利用修正后的A&A颗粒堆积模型计算配合比,制备出一种含赤铁矿的新型防辐射超高性能混凝土,并对这种混凝土进行工作性能、孔隙结构、抗压强度和防辐射性能测试。结果表明:赤铁矿防辐射超高性能混凝土具有较高的抗压强度,抗压强度可达到130 MPa;赤铁矿还具有较好的防辐射性能,γ射线线性衰减系数达到0.1837 cm^(-1),相对于现有防辐射混凝土,赤铁矿防辐射超高性能混凝土在防辐射的基础上,其力学性能明显提高。研究结果表明,赤铁矿是一种用于制备防辐射超高性能混凝土的较好且经济的材料。 The radiation-proof ultra-high performance concrete is an extremely important protective material,and the concrete generally suffers from the problems of insufficient strength and weak radiation shielding ability.In view of this,on the basis of normal concrete,a new type of ultra-high performance concrete with radiation shielding ability was prepared by replacing natural river sand with hematite.The modified A&A particle packing model was used to design the mix proportion of the radiation-proof ultra-high performance concrete.The working performance,pore distribution,compressive strength and radiation shielding performance of the concrete were studied.The test results showed that the radiation-proof ultra-high performance concrete with hematite was in high strength and good radiation-proof performance,with the high compressive strength and theγ-ray linear attenuation coefficient values of 130 MPa and 0.1837 cm^(-1),respectively.Compared with the existing radiation-proof concrete,the mechanical properties of radiation-proof ultra-high performance concrete with hematite was strengthened,significantly.The results verified that the hematite was a satisfactory and cost-effective material for the preparation of radiation-protected ultra-high performance concrete.
