Research on Practice of Hanyeping Company and Modern Corporate Governance(1890—1925)by Zuo Shiyuan et al systematically examines corporate governance in Hanyeping Company,including institutional changes,personnel management,institutional reorganization,capital raising,foreign capital utilization,bookkeeping improvement,technology transplantation,and product sales.The book provides not only new ideas for the study of the history of Hanyeping Company,but also a reference example for the study of modern Chinese corporate governance history.Although there are some limitations in the style and content,the book is of reference for studying the history of Hanyeping Company and corporate governance.
