张治中是中国近代史上一位杰出的军事家,其一生都与军事密不可分。在长期的军事生涯中,他形成了诸多有益的治军主张并开展了一系列治军实践,主要包括整肃军纪、改革征兵工作并整训团队、发动知识青年从军以及改革军队政工。他的治军思想及实践顺应了历史潮流,具有一定的进步性,但受主客观因素的影响,也不可避免地带有一定的局限性。

Zhang Zhizhong was an outstanding military strategist in modern Chinese history,who was closely related to military throughout his life.In his long-term military career,he developed useful military governance philosophy and put it into practice,mainly including rectifying military discipline,reforming conscription work and training teams,mobilizing educated youth to join the military,and reforming military political work.His military governance philosophy and practice followed the historical trend and had certain progress.However,it had certain limitations with the constraints of subjective and objective factors.
