暴雨频率图编制关键技术及示范应用

摘要 暴雨频率分析是开展暴雨洪水灾害风险评估和早期应对的重要基础。提出了暴雨频率图编制关键技术,包括资料收集处理、单站参数估计与频率分析等,形成以网格和小流域为单元的8种统计历时和8种重现期的暴雨频率图。结合第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查项目江西省级水旱灾害专项试点成果,从数据资料、暴雨频率分析成果、设计暴雨雨型及分区成果等方面介绍了江西省暴雨频率图编制成果,为全面掌握暴雨时空分布规律和影响程度、提升洪水灾害早期识别和监测预报预警能力提供基础支撑。 Rainstorm frequency analysis provides an important basis for risk assessment and early response to rainstorms and flood disasters.The key technologies of rainstorm frequency atlas compilation are proposed,including data collection and processing,rainstorm parameter estimation and frequency analysis at the station scale,etc.The rainstorm frequency atlas is complied with eight statistical durations and eight return periods.Combined with the pilot achievements of Jiangxi provincial flood and drought disaster subproject of the first national comprehensive natural disaster risk survey project,this study introduces the results of Jiangxi rainstorm frequency atlas from the aspects of data,rainstorm frequency analysis results,designed rainstorm patterns and zoning results.The study provides basic support for comprehensively mastering the spatial and temporal distribution law and impact degree of rainstorm,and improving the ability of early identification,monitoring,forecasting and warning of flood disasters.
