甘肃省干旱灾害风险区划特征研究

Study on risk zoning characteristics of drought disasters in Gansu Province

以甘肃省县级行政区划为单元,分别计算1956—2020年农业、因旱人饮风险程度;依据最不利原则,综合分析确定甘肃省干旱灾害综合风险区划。结果表明:农业干旱灾害高、中高风险区主要分布在陇中、陇东地区;因旱人饮困难高、中高风险区主要在陇东地区;城镇干旱灾害无高风险区,中高风险区分布较分散;综合干旱高、中高风险区主要分布在武威市、白银市、天水市、平凉市、庆阳市的部分县区;综合干旱中低、低风险区则主要分布在酒泉市、陇南市的部分县区。区划成果可为甘肃省科学抗旱、因地制宜制定干旱防御和减灾措施提供科学依据和技术支撑。

This study selected county-level administrative areas in Gansu Province as the unit,and the risks of agriculture and drinking water difficulties due to drought from 1956 to 2020 were calculated separately.Based on the most unfavorable principle,a comprehensive analysis was conducted to determine the multiple risks of zoning of drought disasters in Gansu Province.The results show that high and medium-high-risk areas for agriculture due to drought are mainly located in the central and eastern regions of Gansu.High and mediumhigh-risk areas for populations with drinking water difficulties due to drought are mainly located in the Longdong region.There are no high-risk areas for drought disasters in cities and towns,and the distribution of medium to high-risk areas is relatively scattered.The high and medium-high-risk areas with multiple droughts are mainly located in some counties and districts of Wuwei City,Baiyin City,Tianshui City,Pingliang City,and Qingyang City.The medium to low-risk areas with multiple droughts are mainly located in some counties and districts of Jiuquan City and Longnan City.The results of this zoning study may provide scientific and technical support for developing drought relief and prevention measures tailored to local conditions in Gansu Province.
