秦岭地区水利枢纽工程控制网施测及稳定性分析研究

摘要 高精度的平面控制网可以为水利枢纽工程提供稳定可靠的基准点,作为拦河坝、厂房、边坡等外观水平位移监测的参照基准。通过以秦岭地区三河口水利枢纽的平面控制网为例,研究了高山峡谷地区平面控制网的设计、布置及建设,分析了平面控制网的稳定性。结果表明:通过监测现场测量控制,平面控制网优化等措施,减少了气象条件和折光对监测质量的影响,提高了平面控制网的精度,尤其是枢纽外观变形工作基点的准确性和可靠性。可为类似高山峡谷地区水利枢纽工程平面控测网的建设及稳定分析提供参考。 The high-precision plane control network can provide a stable and reliable reference point for the water conservancy project,which can be used as a reference for the horizontal displacement monitoring of the dam,powerhouse,slope and so on.Taking the plane control network of Sanhekou Water Conservancy Project in Qinling area as an example,the design,layout and construction of the plane control network in the alpine and valley area were studied,and the stability of the plane control network was analyzed.The results show that through monitoring site measurement control and plane control network optimization,the influence of meteorological conditions and refraction on monitoring quality is alleviated,and the accuracy of the plane control network is improved,especially the accuracy and reliability of the working base point of visual deformation of the project.The study can provide a reference for the construction and stability analysis of the plane control network of similar projects in alpine and valley areas.
