加快西部地区公共图书馆高质量发展,缩小地域差距,开创发展新局面,已成为“十四五”时期我国图书馆事业实现高质量发展的必然要求。文章总结梳理了“十三五”规划实施以来我国西部地区公共图书馆的发展成就,剖析了“十四五”时期西部地区公共图书馆高质量发展的现实问题,从增强经费保障能力、构建优质均衡的公共图书馆服务体系、提升服务效能、逐步推进智慧化转型发展、强化专业支撑、构建协同发展新格局等方面,提出了西部地区公共图书馆发展的具体路径,以期为全国图书馆事业高质量发展提供参考。

Accelerating high-quality development of public libraries in western China,narrowing the regional gap and creating a new situation of development has become the inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of libraries in China in the 14th Five-Year Plan.The article summarizes the development achievements of public libraries in western China since the 13th Five-Year Plan,analyzes the realistic problems of high-quality development of public libraries in western China in the 14th Five-Year Plan.Specific path of public library development in western China is put forward from enhancing funds guarantee ability,building balanced and high-quality public library service system,improving service efficiency,gradually promoting the wisdom transformation development,strengthening professional support,as well as building the new pattern of coordinated development,hoping to provide reference for high-quality development of Chinese library career.
