The integration of online and offline service of public library is an important development direction for intelligent transformation of public library.The article firstly points out that conducting performance evaluation of online and offline service integration is an important way to test and guide reader service of public library from the perspective of public library.Then it sets up a model of evaluation system to provide methods for online and offline service integration of public library.At last,the article discusses the specific integration work of online and offline service in public library from various perspectives of data,user,platform and service.
