Design of an Automatic Monitoring and Control System for Machine House Drainage

摘要 阐述解决事故漏水浸泡地下机房及其引起的人员和设备安全问题,提出一种机房排水自动监测控制系统。该控制系统能实时采集水情信息,自动判断水位情况,逐级启动水泵,排出机房存水,通过网络和串口协议,传输存水数据至值班室并实时显示,达到阈值水位时启动远程报警。经实际安装使用后验证,该系统可有效应对各种管道爆裂造成的机房险情,从而保障设备的安全。 This paper expounds how to solve the safety problems of personnel and equipment caused by accidental water leakage soaking in underground machine houses,and proposes an automatic monitoring and control system for machine house drainage.The control system can collect real-time water information,automatically judge the water level,start the pumps step by step,discharge the stored water in the machine house,transmit the stored water data to the duty house through the network and serial port protocol,and display it in real time.When the threshold water level is reached,a remote alarm is initiated.After actual installation and use,it has been verified that the system can effectively deal with dangerous situations in the computer house caused by various pipe bursts,thereby ensuring the safety of the equipment.
