摘要
阐述一种利用风扇风力控制乒乓球悬浮位置的装置设计,此系统采用超声波传感器检测乒乓球在管中的位置,使用PID和PWM对风扇进行控制实现风力调节,从而完成对管内乒乓球悬浮的实时控制。在完成基本功能的基础上,重新对圆管结构进行设计优化,提高系统的稳定性。
This paper expounds the design of a device that utilizes the wind power of a fan to control the suspension position of a table tennis ball.This system uses ultrasonic sensors to detect the position of the table tennis ball in the tube,and uses PID and PWM to control the fan to achieve wind regulation,thereby achieving real-time control of the suspension of the table tennis ball in the tube.On the basis of completing the basic functions,redesign and optimize the circular tube structure to improve the stability of the system.
