摘要
针对北京西车辆段KC20D电连接器应用中出现无法正常分离的故障,从现场检查、接触件结构、试验验证、插拔力理论计算等方面分析了产生故障的根本原因,并提出了预防措施。
Aiming at the failure of the KC20D electrical connector being unable to be separated normally in the Beijing West Depot,we analyze the root causes and Rolling Stock equipment;from the on-site inspection,contact structure,test verification and theoretical calculation of engaging and separating forces,and put forward preventive measures.
