从财务业务一体化平台建设看中小商贸企业高质量发展

High Quality Development of Small and Mediumsized Commercial Enterprises from the Perspective of Financial Integration Platform Construction

目前中小商贸企业随着规模扩大,普遍出现无法及时盘清仓库货物、月末无法厘清往来结算账款等管理问题。经调研,发现企业存在经营者对于财务一体化平台建设重视程度不够、财务人员业务素养有待提升等是造成这一问题的主要因素。本文通过分析财务一体化平台流程的运行,针对中小商贸企业财务一体化平台建设,提出企业管理层应高度重视技术革新,加大软硬件投入;提高职能部门员工素养,做好员工培训工作;充分利用校企合作,加强人才梯队建设的对策建议,帮助中小商贸企业解决现有难题,提升运行效率,降本增效。

At present,with the increase of scale,small and medium-sized commer⁃cial enterprises are generally facing management problems such as inability to timely in⁃ventory warehouse goods and inability to clarify monthly transaction settlement accounts.Through research and analysis,it was found that the main factors contributing to this problem are insufficient attention from business operators to the construction of financial integration platforms,and the poor professional literacy of financial staff.This article an⁃alyzes the operation process of the financial integration platform,aims at constructing such a platform in small and medium-sized commercial enterprises and proposes that the enterprise management attach great importance to technological innovation and in⁃crease investment in software and hardware for the financial integration platform;imple⁃ment staff training to improve the literacy of employees in functional departments;and make full use of school enterprise cooperation to strengthen talent echelon construction,so that enterprises can get help to solve existing problems,improve operational efficien⁃cy,reduce costs and increase benefits.
