Project-Based Teaching of“Methods and Procedures for Studying the Properties ofSubstances”in Senior High School Chemistry:Exploring Leavening Agents

摘要 旨在学生体会研究物质性质的方法和程序的实用价值,以“探秘膨松剂”为项目研究主题,引导学生通过提问讨论将项目拆解为“体验膨松剂的应用”“调研膨松剂的组分”“探秘膨松剂的作用原理”以及“自制膨松剂”等4个项目子任务,通过分享与提问、设计调研表、资料查阅与人员访谈以及蒸馒头等活动,强调学生亲历基于真实、陌生情境中的问题解决过程,培养学生研究物质性质的方法和程序的关键能力。基于“教、学、评”一体化目标,设计学生表现量化评价表,并依据评分准则开展学生自评、小组互评、教师评价等对学生学习表现的评价。 The purpose of this study is to help students understand the practical value of the methods and procedures for studying the properties of substances.With the theme of the project“exploring leavening agents”,the students are guided to break down the project into four subtasks,including“experiencing the application of leavening agents”“investigating the components of leavening agents”“exploring the working principle of leavening agents”and“self-made leavening agents”,through sharing and questioning,designing research tables data access,personnel interviews,steaming Mantou and other activities emphasize that students experience the problem solving process based on real and unfamiliar situations,and cultivate students’key ability to study the methods and procedures of material properties.Based on the integrated goal of“teaching,learning and evaluation”,aquantitative evaluation table of student performance is designed,and student self-evaluation,group mutual evaluation,teacher evaluation and other evaluations of student learning performance are carried out according to the scoring criteria.
