Leading the Research of China’s Program-Controlled Switch and Intelligent Network Communication Technology Innovation:An Interview with Academician Chen Junliang

本文是中国科学技术协会资助项目“陈俊亮学术成长资料采集”系列访谈之一,根据北京邮电大学网络与交换技术国家重点实验室陈俊亮院士口述资料整理。访谈从受邀参与研制我国第一台“DS-2000程控数字市话交换机”、产业化未果及感悟、开创中国智能网通信技术创新研究、上海智能网实验试点、产学研合作孵化企业保障智能网产业化、高校技术创新研究感悟等方面,再现了我国改革开放之初程控交换机和智能网通信技术创新探索中的艰辛、挫折、成功与思考的奋斗历程,由此揭示特定历史时期我国通信领域高校技术创新探索的难点与成功经验。

This article is one of a series of interviews in the“Chen Junliang Academic Growth Data Collection”funded by the China Association for Science and Technology.From being invited to participate in the development of China’s first“DS-2000 programcontrolled digital local telephone switch,”failure of industrialization and perception,leading the research on technological innovation of China’s intelligent communication network,pilot of Shanghai experimental network,and establishment of a company through industry-university-research cooperation to ensure industrialization and technological innovation In terms of perception and other aspects,it reproduces the struggle,setbacks,successes and thinking of the innovation and exploration of program-controlled switches and intelligent network communication technology at the beginning of the Chinese reform,thereby revealing the difficulties and successful enlightenment of the technological innovation of colleges and universities in the field of communication in my country in a specific era.
