摘要
目前油田所用聚醚类破乳剂普遍存在对不同原油乳状液普适性较差的问题。为了研究交联改性含硅破乳剂对不同原油乳状液的破乳效果,作者先将硅烷偶联剂KH570醇解,再对聚醚破乳剂C-16进行交联改性制备新型含硅破乳剂GJ-16。对模拟原油乳状液,在破乳剂GJ-16加入量100 mg·L^(-1)、恒温60℃时,2 h脱水率可达90%以上;GJ-16对塔里木油田东河站、哈六站现场原油乳状液也表现出了较好的普适性和低温破乳作用。
At present,polyether demulsifiers used in oil fields generally have poor universality for different crude oil emulsions.In order to study the demulsification effect of cross-linked modified silicon containing demulsifiers on different crude oil emulsions,in this paper,silane coupling agent KH570 is alcoholysis firstly,and then polyether demulsifier C-16 is cross-linked to prepare a new silicon containing demulsifier GJ-16.For simulated crude oil emulsion,the dehydration rate in 2 h can reach more than 90%when the demulsifier GJ-16 dosage is 100 mg·L^(-1) and the constant temperature is 60℃;GJ-16 also shows good universality and low-temperature demulsification effect on crude oil emulsion at Donghe station and Haliu station of tarim oilfield.
