焦化废水浓盐水近零排放分盐工程应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 以山西某焦化厂为例,根据浓盐水氟化物及COD含量高等水质特点制定了近零排放分盐的工艺路线,介绍了工艺单元设计参数及运行情况,经过1年多运行,产水满足工业循环水补水标准,NaCl纯度≥98.5%,Na_(2)SO_(4)纯度≥97%。 The concentrated brine generated from coking wastewater treatment had high salt concentration,complex organic components and difficult to treat,zero-discharge of coking wastewater was an important way to realize wastewater resource utilization and reduce pollution.Introduce a coking plant which located in Shanxi,The process of zero discharge salt separation was designed by the water quality and quantity characteristics of concentrated brine.This paper introduced the design parameters and operation of the process unit in detail.After one years of commissioning and operation,the produced water can meet the water quality standard of industrial circulating water,with NaCl purity≥98.5%and Naz SO4 purity≥97%.Which has a certain guiding significance for the design and operation of coking wastewater zero discharge salt separation project.
