摘要 随着排放标准提高及外碳源投加成本较高等影响,污水处理厂的TN指标成为运行的一大难题,智能控制系统开发及投入可以有效解决出水TN稳定达标排放等问题。通过在3万m^(3)/d处理规模的污水厂进行工程示范,稳定运行6个月结果表明,出水TN可稳定在13mg/L左右排放,投加成本较投入前降低10%以上;通过构建TN的预测模型曲线可以提前得到7h后的TN值,可为运营及水质预警提供有效支撑。控制系统中设备仪表选型、关键过程仪表维护使系统的稳定运行得到保障,为进一步推广积累经验。 With the improvement of emission standards and the high cost of adding external carbon sources etc,the TN index of sewage treatment plants has become a major problem in operation.The development and investment of intelligent control system can effectively solve the problems of stable discharge of effluent TN.After six months of stable operation in a wastewater treatment plant of the scale of 30000 m^(3)/d,the results show that the effluent TN can be stably discharged at about 13 mg/L,and the injection cost is reduced by more than 1o%compared with that before input.Get the TN value 7 hours in advance by constructing the prediction model curve of TN,which can provide effective support for operation and water quality warning.The selection of equipment and instruments and the maintenance of key process instruments ensure the stable operation of the system and accumulate experience for further promotion.
