摘要
转化生长因子⁃β2(TGF⁃β2)在角膜、巩膜和视网膜等多种眼组织中均有表达,在眼组织细胞的增殖、分化和转移中发挥重要作用。近年来研究发现,TGF⁃β2可通过参与上皮⁃间充质转化和细胞外基质重塑等生物学进程参与疾病的发病进程,与青光眼、纤维化白内障、角膜损伤、增生性玻璃体视网膜病变和近视等多种眼科疾病的发病密切相关。本文就TGF⁃β2在眼部疾病中的作用和机制进行综述。
Transforming growth factor⁃β2(TGF⁃β2)is expressed in many ocular tissues,including the cornea,sclera and retina and plays a vital role in the proliferation,differentiation and metastasis of ocular tissue cells.Recent research has shown that TGF⁃β2 can participate in disease pathogenesis through biological processes such as epithelial⁃mesenchymal transition and extracellular matrix remodeling,and it is closely related to various eye diseases such as glaucoma,fibrotic cataracts,corneal injury,proliferative vitreoretinopathy,and myopia.This paper reviews the role and mechanism of TGF⁃β2 in various eye diseases.
