摘要 城市景观是城市空间的重要生态载体,除了美化环境、净化空气、文化熏陶等功能外,在城市雨洪管理方面也发挥着重要作用。但长期以来,传统城市发展模式过度关注雨水及洪水的快速排除,人为地将雨洪管理与城市景观隔离,既难以有效治理城市内涝、规避水淹风险,又不利于水资源的保护和利用。通过分析雨洪管理理论与城市景观设计实践的关系,结合生态文明建设要求,提出雨洪管理理论下城市景观设计的原则和策略,以推动我国海绵城市的科学建设与有序发展。 Urban landscape is an important ecological carrier of urban space.In addition to beautifying the environment,purifying the air,cultural influence and other functions,it also plays an important role in urban rain-flood management.However,for a long time,the traditional urban development model has paid too much attention to the rapid removal of rainwater and flood,and artificially separated the rain-flood management from urban landscape.In this way,it is difficult to effectively control urban waterlogging and avoid the risk of flooding,and it is not conducive to the protection and utilization of water resources.By analyzing the relationship between theory of rainflood management and practice of urban landscape design,combined with the requirements of ecological civilization,the design principles and strategies of urban landscape under the theory of rain-flood management are put forward,so as to promote the scientific construction and orderly development of sponge city.
