摘要
随着老龄化趋势日益严峻,老旧小区的适老化改造已成为社会关注的重点。通过走访、调研、分析、归纳,总结南京老旧小区在适老化设计中存在的共性问题,从室内外一体化景观设施设计、种植景观适老化配置及户外老年人交往空间搭建3个方面入手,结合3个具有典型问题的老旧小区景观改造案例,探索适老化景观设计策略。
With the increasing severity of aging,the adaptive aging renovation of old residential area has become a focus of social attention.Through visits,research,analysis,and induction,summarizing the common problems in aging design of old residential area in Nanjing.Starting from three aspects:indoor and outdoor integrated landscape facility design,planting landscape aging configuration,and outdoor elderly communication space construction,combined with three typical cases of landscape renovation in old residential area,to explores the aging landscape design strategy.
