基于低碳理念的城市更新设计研究——以惠州惠环片区为例

Urban Renewal Design Based on Concept of Lowcarbon:Taking Huihuan Area of Huizhou as an Example

当前,低碳发展理念已成为全球共识,为尽早实现我国提出的“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标,必须将低碳理念与城市的发展建设、城市更新紧密结合。以惠州惠环片区为例,探讨低碳更新的发展目标和模式,并从土地利用、交通出行、产业发展和生态优化4个方面提出城市更新策略,以推动片区可持续发展。

At present,the concept of low-carbon development has become a global consensus.In order to achieve the“carbon peaking”and“carbon neutrality”goals proposed by China as soon as possible,it is necessary to closely integrate the low-carbon concept with urban development and urban renewal.Taking Huihuan area of Huizhou as an example,the development goals and models of low-carbon renewal is discussed,putting forward strategy for urban renewal from four aspects:land use,transportation,industrial development and ecological optimization to promote the sustainable development of the area.
