福州市鼓楼区东街街道军门社区改造满意度调查研究

Renovation Satisfaction Survey of Fuzhou City Gulou District Dongjie Street Junmen Community

城市发展正由“增量扩张”全面转向“存量更新”,老旧小区改造是“存量时代”城市发展的必由之路。基于福州市鼓楼区东街街道军门社区改造现状,通过问卷调查和实地调研,统计调研数据并分析社区改造满意度情况,提出改造满意度提升策略,总结改造经验,为其他同类型老旧小区改造实践提供参考。

Urban development is shifting from“incremental expansion”to“stock renewal”,and the transformation of old residential areas is the only way for urban development in the“stock era”.Based on the current situation of the renovation of Junmen Community in Dongjie street,Gulou district,Fuzhou city,collecting the survey data and analyzing the satisfaction of community renovation through questionnaire survey and field research,putting forward strategy to improve the satisfaction of renovation,summarizing the transformation experience,and providing reference for the renovation practice of other old residential areas of the same type.
