国土空间背景下县域城乡风貌提升整治编制方法研究——以苍南滨海田园县域风貌样板区建设为例

Preparation Method for Improving Urban and Rural Landscape of County Under Background of Territorial Space:Taking Construction of Cangnan Binhai Pastoral County Landscape Model Area as an Example

为满足居民日益增长的美好生活需要,探索国土空间背景下县域城乡风貌提升整治措施,以人为本,建设各美其美、美美与共的县域风貌样板区。以苍南滨海田园县域风貌样板区建设为例,提出绘滨海田园卷、营诗意栖居地、塑山海文化牌、赋数字创新能四大策略,打造滨海田园特色走廊。

In order to meet the growing needs of residents for a better life,exploring measures to improve the urban and rural landscape of the county under the background of land space,building a county style model area with its own beauty and beauty on a people-oriented basis.Taking Construction of Cangnan Binhai Pastoral County Landscape Model Area as an example,four major strategies of painting the coastal pastoral scroll,camp poetic habitat,shaping the mountain and sea cultural brand,and empowering digital innovation energy were proposed to create a coastal pastoral characteristic corridor.
