Design of High-density Mixed Function Community Adjacent to Subway Station:Taking Xintiandi Community in Kunshan as an Example

在城市公共交通中,地铁以大运量、高流转的特点对城市快速发展起到重要的推动作用,其周边地块的规划及建筑设计成为研究热点。以昆山新天地社区为例,介绍了与地铁站点相邻地块高密度混合功能社区设计策略,通过集合住宅、办公、商业等功能,结合地铁人流特点,利用景观连廊,加强地铁站点与社区内建筑的联系,促进不同人群的交流与互动。

In urban public transportation,the subway has played an important role in promoting the rapid development of the city with its large volume and high turnover characteristics,and the planning and architectural design of its surrounding plots have become a research hotspot.Taking Kunshan Xintiandi Community as an example,this paper introduces the design strategy of high-density mixed function community adjacent to the subway station.Through the combination of residential,office,commercial and other functions,combined with the characteristics of subway flow,the landscape corridor is used to strengthen the connection between the subway station and the buildings in the community,and promote the communication and interaction between different groups.
