摘要
随着碳达峰碳中和战略目标的确认,国家、政府及社会各领域需要以“双碳”为目标进行绿色低碳转型。企业与消费者作为国家经济结构的重要构成,其绿色低碳转型是时代发展的必然所趋,是生态文明建设、美好生活需要的关键。针对企业绿色低碳转型,可从战略、技术、经济与政策层面落实激励措施,促使其转变行为,更好地落实“双碳”目标。针对消费者行为转变,可从体系、社会、教育、行为层面开展消费风尚培育、生态意识教育等措施,激励与引导低碳消费。
With the confirmation of the strategic goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the country,government and various fields of society need to carry out green and low-carbon transformation with the goal of"double carbon".As an important component of the national economic structure,enterprises and consumers'green and low-carbon transformation is the inevitable trend of the development of the times and the key to the construction of ecological civilization and the needs of a better life.For the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises,incentive measures can be implemented from the strategic,technical,economic and policy levels to change their behavior and better implement the"dual carbon"goal.In response to changes in consumer behavior,measures such as consumer fashion cultivation and ecological awareness education can be carried out from the system,society,education,and behavior levels to encourage and guide low-carbon consumption.
