交流理论视角下师生关系的异化与重构

摘要 近几年,我国师生关系负面事件频发,在“泛娱乐化”时代背景下对和谐文明社会建设造成了不良影响。师生关系作为学校中最基本的人际关系,其状况如何对教学效果及学生成长等有重要影响。在教学实践中教师权威异化、网络教学异化、学生评教功能异化及社会负面报道失衡等因素均会导致或加剧师生关系异化。而在以上问题中,师生缺乏对等交流是问题共性,所以,基于交流理论探索师生关系重构具有可行性。 In recent years,the frequent occurrence of negative events in the relationship between teachers and students has caused serious adverse effects on the construction of a harmonious and civilized society in the context of the"pan-entertainment"era.The teacher-student relationship is the most basic interpersonal relationship in the school,and its status has an important impact on the teaching effect and student growth.In teaching practice,the alienation of teacher authority,the alienation of online teaching,the alienation of students'teaching evaluation function and the imbalance of negative social reports will all lead to or aggravate the alienation of teacher-student relationship.Among the above problems,the lack of peer-to-peer communication between teachers and students is a common problem.Therefore,it is feasible to explore the reconstruction of teacher-student relationship based on communication theory.
