高炉铁水收得率攻关实践

Research Practice of Recovery Rate of Molten Iron in Blast Furnace

摘要 近年来韶钢高炉铁水收得率不足98%,铁水损失量大,高炉冶炼成本增加。针对高炉出铁系统、煤气除尘系统、称量系统、原材料检验系统等进行分析研究,找到了铁水收得率偏低的原因,提出了优化炉前出渣铁、优化炉内气流控制等技术攻关措施,逐步提高铁水收得率至98%以上,实现了高炉入炉原料理论铁量与实际铁水产量基本吻合的目标。 In recent years,the yield of molten iron is less than 98%,the loss of molten iron is large,and the smelting cost of blast furnace increases.The iron discharge system,gas dust removal system,weighing system and raw material inspection system of blast furnace are studied and analyzed,the reasons for the low recovery rate of molten iron are found,and the technical key measures such as optimizing the slag iron before the furnace and optimizing the air flow control in the furnace are put forward to gradually increase the recovery rate of molten iron to more than 98%.The goal that the theoretical iron content of blast furnace feedstock is basically consistent with the actual molten iron output is realized.
